After 20 yrs in business, Nolan Painting has carefully designed this program for its customers. Everyone needs touchups in one room or another. Nothing major, maybe a door in one room, a window in another or perhaps just a bathroom ceiling. We all have busy schedules these days setting up an appointment for a painting estimate might not be as easy as said, and frankly not necessary. Usually, you the customer have an idea of what needs to be done and how long it’s going to take to complete.
That’s exactly what this program is designed for. With the 360 Program all you have to do is download our punch list form. Mark what item you need painted and in what room and we will take care of the rest. Once our form is received we will schedule a date to perform the work through email or phone whichever you prefer. Nolan will send a supervised painter on the date you decide and your painting will be done. It’s that easy.

We designed this program for three reasons:
- It allows you the customer to get painting done at a reasonable cost, no estimates no extras.
- It allows you to get small touchups done that no one wants to do and you would’ve otherwise put off due to setting up an estimate and waiting for someone to show up.
- It allows us to give you a price break due to cutting down on road time and visit for estimate.
There are some limitations however. Two to be exact:
- We do have to limit this to a 2 day punch list. Any job bigger than that we’ll have to bid due to the nature of the job.
- It must be a full 8hr of punch list items. Due to set up and a host of other costs we have to bill for an 8hr day regardless. So get that pen going I’m sure you can find plenty of things to be touched up. The holidays are coming.
Now to the interesting part! How much does this cost. The cost is $360.00 plus tax 8.625% and material. We hope you’ll take advantage of this program.
